Strength & Conditioning for Tennis


​Using Modern training methods, including ATPCA Strength & Conditioning methodology:

  • Learn to move more effectively and more efficiently.

  • Work systematically to become get stronger, faster, and quicker. 

  • Train progressively to more importantly to prevent injuries, and as a result, more enjoyment in the game.

Strength & Conditioning Training for Tennis 2017:

This class is now accepting enrolment for next session at times below:​

  • Shek Kip Mei Tennis courts, Kowloon Tong, Friday 8-10pm

Deadline: 1/1/2017

This unique Strength & Conditioning training group, is a 13 week program

All weeks through January February March 2017.

Valued at $200 per hour, 2 hours per session, total course is $5200.


  • Minimum 3 students for class to hold. Private lesson rates for numbers under 3.

  • All students must enrol online below and upfront 13 week enrolment ($5200/13 weeks)

  • Any cancellations must be made 24 hours in advanced and make up class will be offered to any other class types and locations.

  • Please whatsapp 6135 7606 for payment details and receipt must be provided.

  • In case of inclement weather, sessions will be reimbursed. Wet weather decisions will be made 1 hour in advance.

  • ATP Ltd reserves the right to adjust class sizes, timings, and conditions. In case of disputes, decision by ATP Ltd is final.
